Hilldowns

The Hilldowns community offers you a pastoral sense with its wetland pond abounding with mallard ducks, muskrats, bullrushes and cattails with the convenience of city living.  This friendly community provides walking trails that connect with the 25 km of walking trails that meander through the City of Spruce Grove along with parks and schools within walking distance. 

 

It is located just south of The Links golf course off King's Link on Century Road with easy access to the Yellowhead Highway, a 10-minute drive to the west end of Edmonton, 2 nearby convenience stores, gas bars, daycare services and numerous other retail outlets in a nearby shopping district.

 

To be a part of this friendly community, lots are available through preferred builders or as private sales where you provide your own builder.

 

Robson Developments Ltd. and Hilldowns were founded by a local businessman in the 1990s. Mr. Farrell spent the past 30 years building Hilldowns and providing affordable, quality housing for many local families.
